A bit of practice publishing Google Docs but also a working sheet of ideas that need to be addressed as they come up. The volume of information is staggering and needs to be captured in some way. It also helps my by my A.D.D. Tendencies :D

Cheap little vacuum pump construction
Cheap little sucker. An interesting way to create a vacuum pump on the cheap. What good is a vacuum pump you may ask, well for so many things it's crazy actually to list them all. I'd start to sound like the bubba in Forest Gump if i listed them all, "Well you can have vacuum pump shrimp creole" and on and on I could go about the wonderfuness (not a word but an expression) of vacuum pumps.. :D

Mother Earth News
Old standby most excellent resource for just about anything regarding sustainable living.
Raw milk revolution
Interesting article. I have grave doubts that raw milk is really any more dangerous than pasteurized milk if handled properly. I may say that large scale farming of 500 cows and upward on many large farming conglomerates this may make total sense. But smaller farms I doubt it really.
Micro farmsteading equipment
Wonderful site on farmsteading equipment. I want to make cheese so bad, and the idea of cheese making sounds just like a ton of fun.

Permaculture and biodynamics
permaculture and biodynamics is really saying the same thing as far as I can tell and as far as this website was concerned it really is the same topic. Permaculture really is all about paying much much closer attention to the land and nature to give you an awareness of the ecological systems that your property are really about. Coming out of a book culture that we are, this requires a bit of ole "Spirituality" where as here spirituality doesn't mean magic in traditional culture but a blend of an awareness and common sense.
