david thurman: Our motto is a paraphrase of a Tolkien passage from LOTR. it truely is a "No small thing to celebrate a simple life" it takes a ton of work and planning actually. The simplistic life is to lead a complex life, it's all laid out already!!! Just follow the person in front of you a no brainer actually. But simplicity, well now that is a different matter entirely. As the captain said in Pixar's WALL-E "We are going to Grow pizza!!!" That is about where we are at right now..:D
